Procedure
- Mash at 67 °C for 60 minutes.
- Boil 60 minutes; add bittering hops at start, late hops at 10 min.
- Cool to 19 °C, pitch one sachet of S-04 rehydrated.
- Ferment 7 days; package once gravity is stable.
